In school part of the normal school day is wellbeing time. This is because if a person is struggling with their wellbeing it is likely that they will find if very difficult to learn and enjoy life. Routines can be really helpful to give everyone a sense of structure and consistency in these uncertain times.
That said please don't put too much pressure on yourselves to stick rigidly to it - you can be flexible.
